  • After the company was bought out there were a lot of health and safety changes
  • Working through those changes taught Meg about how teams work together and how to manage them
  • Got her master's degree in Strategic Leadership

  • They realized they had the same problems in their respective fields
  • So the two of them went in together and started their own consultancy
