		<description>We were nervous about our property taxes but our property hasn&#039;t been assessed in years and was scheduled to be assessed and then the market crashed.  We&#039;re still lower than the market prices now which is good.  However, I feel like trying generate several streams of income is your insurance to make sure you can pay for all of your bills and obligations.  No one has a stable job in this economy.  And, I don&#039;t think our current administration will lead us out any time soon.
