As soon as I heard about the Elite Retreat, I wanted to go. It is a chance to spend two days learning how to grow my internet-based earnings from folks that make serious money online. For example, Jeremy “Shoemoney” Schoemaker earns somewhere in the neighborhood of $5,000+ per day from his internet businesses - and he is just one of the presenters at this event.
The cost of the event is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination and I had pretty much decided to hold off on attending until I got an e-mail with an offer I couldn’t refuse. So I registered to attend yesterday and I will be flying off to San Francisco on Sunday.
I realize an event like this is not for everyone but there are at least a thousand reasons per day I think it might be perfect for me - in line with my goals for 2007. It is an opportunity to learn directly from experts in this area that are doing what I want to do. I am seeking out experts that have achieved what I want and learning how to do what they do, i.e. what Anthony Robbins calls “modeling”.
Though my decision to attend the Elite Retreat is sudden, I’d like to think that the “offer I couldn’t refuse” was really just my mind seeing an opportunity and prompting me to take inspired action. According to Dr. Joe Vitale:
If you get an inner prompt to make a call or buy a book or attend an event or apply for a job, then honor that nudge.
Act on it.
That nudge is coming from the part of you connected to the greater picture. It can lead you to the fulfillment of your goal. It will send the nudge, but you have to act on it.
